- 配製方法
1. Suspend 60 g of the medium in one liter of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium.
3. Add 10 mL of Glycerol to 1 Liter of solution.
4. Autoclave at 121°C for 5 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C.
備註: 官方公告方法中,配置方法如下
- 將甘油以外之成份混合
- 以 1 N 之氫氧化鈉溶液調整 pH 值至 7.1 ± 0.2
- 加熱溶解後加入甘油
- 121℃ 高溫高壓滅菌 5 分鐘
- 待冷卻至約 50℃ 時,於無菌操作檯內分裝至無菌培養皿中,使培養基厚度約 2 至 4 mm
- 室溫下靜置凝固後,保存於 4 ± 2℃,保存期限為 14 天。可根據檢測需求量,依配方比例配製培養基
